The inspection fees vary slightly depending on the size and age of the house as well as numerous other factors. A full inspection covers the Site/Grounds, Exterior, Structural Components, Foundation, Roof, Attic, Insulation, Ventilation, Plumbing, Electrical, Heating/AC, Garage, Kitchen, Bathrooms, and Interior. A computer generated version is in the works and will be available soon. Included in both is a Report Summary that will let you quickly review the recommended improvements to the home. In addition to the report, each client will also receive a Maintenance Schedule book and DVD to help you keep your home in top shape for a long time to come. 4.
